Business Development Manager

With a great product and a great team, the company is set for growth and therefor looking to hire an experienced business development manager to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives within Europe. You will be reporting to our founder and CEO and will work closely with the marketing team. The position is based in Stip, but (partially) remote work is an option. What you’ll be doing as a Business Development Manager:

• Set up the groundwork for our complete sales funnel and pipeline generation process
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Build B2B pipeline, lead generation and automated outreach messaging through hubspot.com
• Set monthly sales objectives and break them down into weekly key results aligned with our strategic goals
• Manage daily operations, reports, and maintenance in hubspot.com; identify and implement opportunities for enhancements within the hubspot.com system
• Partner with marketing and copywriters to develop content to address unique customer needs in each stage of the sales funnel
• Reach out to, and manage warm leads with relevant, persuasive messaging
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers


• Proven working experience as a business development manager (3+ years)
• Experience working within a SaaS organization would be a plus
• Comfortable proactively and ‘cold’ connecting with prospects, by mail, phone or in-person
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• E-commerce industry knowledge, in fashion would be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and e-mail automation (e.g. Hubspot)
• Proficiency in English
• Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
• Experience in customer support is a plus
