Product Owner

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual who will take ownership of the product development planning and strategy. Your job entails working closely with the sales and engineering teams. You will be in charge of shaping our product roadmap and strategy, lead the development process  and make sure it is aligned with the overall company direction.

Key responsibilities:

• Define product priorities and manage product requests;
• Work on product definition with our fabulous design and technical team;
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to analyze the needs and help in define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities;
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities;
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams;
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product;
• Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions;
• Work with Customer Success to identify and prioritize customer and business needs;
• Work closely with senior management in order to create a product that fits the company strategy and roadmap;


• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or a similar role for a software product;
• Ability to translate strategy into new product features and innovations;
• BA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field;
• Full professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal communication);
• Experience in B2B Tech Sales (SaaS) in a growth stage and / or Series-A stage startup is a plus;
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles;
• Practical experience in using Atlassian, Jira (& Miro);
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle;
• Confidence in using product data and analytics;
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to an evolving environment;
